- Final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the due date
Cancellation Policy
- If the Room is canceled more than four days before check-in, no charges or fees will apply.
- If the Room is canceled within 3 days before check-in, a 1-night payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded.
- No shows and early departures are 100% non-refundable.
- Flexible rate plan reservations: room changes (up to one change permitted per room) allowed more than 4 days before travel date; will automatically switch the reservation to a Pay in Full and Save (non-refundable) rate. If the room is canceled after this change, there will be no refund.
- Pay in Full and Save rate plan: this is a non-refundable plan, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged immediately at the time of booking. Room changes, Names and date changes are not allowed. If the room reservation is cancelled, the total amount will not be reimbursed. Not applicable to the standard room category of the resort, only applicable to room category upgrades.

Airport transfers are pre-arranged transportation services that take passengers from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. These transfers can be private, shared, or shuttle services.

Important Information
Please ensure that your passport is valid a minimum of 6 months after the return date. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
If you are a Canadian, American, or UK Citizen, you do not require a tourist visa.

DOCUMENTATION - Visa
We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.
When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.
E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.
