Cancellation Policy
- If a reservation is canceled 126 days or more before the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited.
- For cancellations made between 125 and 96 days prior, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellations occurring between 95 and 65 days before the reservation will incur a 50% charge of the total reservation amount.
- Finally, any cancellations made 64 days or less before the scheduled date will be subject to a 100% penalty.

Important Information
Please ensure that your passport is valid a minimum of 6 months after the return date. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.

DOCUMENTATION - Visa
We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.
When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.
E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.
