To be part of our wedding celebrations and receive all group perks, guests must book through our official link.‍
Please note that guests who choose to book outside the group block—whether directly with Hard Rock or at another resort—will incur additional charges to participate in wedding events.

‍

Guests booking outside the block but staying at Hard Rock will be subject to Event Fees of $100 USD per person, per event to attend the wedding festivities.

Guests staying at a different property will be required to purchase a Wedding Pass at $161 USD per person, per day to access the Hard Rock resort and must leave the property once the event ends.

‍

Enjoy more time to relax at the resort! Guests can extend their stay up to 3 nights before and/or after the official wedding dates (02 Sept-05 Sept) at the same group rates.

‍

*For extended stay, rooms are subject to availability.

‍

The upgraded room categories may include views such as pool view, lagoon view, garden view, or partial ocean view (exclusive to the Rock Royalty Caribbean Sand Suite). Requests for specific views are not guaranteed.

To request an upgrade, please begin by booking a standard room through the “Book Now” button below. Once your reservation is confirmed, email your confirmation number to your dedicated group Account Manager with the upgraded room category you want to request.

  • Deposit Amount: $200 USD per room
  • Final Balance Due: July 4, 2026
  • Will be automatically charged to Credit Card on file

  • Each member of the group will be responsible for making their own reservations via link, which will be provided at a later date.
  • Rooms may be guaranteed with a MasterCard or Visa Credit Card valid until the date of departure from the Hotel.
  • Only one Credit Card will be accepted as payment per reservation.
  • Attendees will be charged a $200 per room deposit of total stay at time of booking.
  • Partial stays attendees sharing a room are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights
  • Cancellations received 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival deposit is non refundable.
  • Cancellations received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

Airport transfers are pre-arranged transportation services that take passengers from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. These transfers can be private, shared, or shuttle services.

Note: Any transfers included with a reservation are shared.

We recommend booking your airport transfer at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

Yes, modifications can be made by contacting the transfer service provider at the contact information on your transfer confirmation.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.

When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.

E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.
