Description: The day begins with sacred pre-wedding rituals to bless the couple.The Vidhi includes traditional Gujarati ceremonies such as Ganesh Sthapana, Mandap Murat, Pithi/Haldi, Grah Shanti, and Vardh. Family and close friends joyfully apply turmeric paste to the bride and groom, symbolizing purity, prosperity, and love.

Description: The groom’s grand Baraat procession kicks off the morning with music and dancing. Following the joyful Groom Welcome, the sacred Hindu wedding ceremony (Vivah Vidhi) takes place under a beautifully decorated mandap, with pheras, mangal pheras, and sindoor rituals uniting the couple.

Cancun International Airport is the closest airport to the wedding venue. We recommend guests use this airport.
There are taxi services, shuttles, and private car transfers that guests can book in advance.
Yes, we have hotel rooms blocked out for guests. Guests must book directly through our website portal to obtain the discounted rate and avoid any wedding attendance fees from the resort. Any bookings made outside of the portal will result in the resort charging $200/day per person to attend the wedding events.

Yes. As this is an all-inclusive resort, alcohol will be available throughout your stay and during the events, excluding religious events.
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the celebrations. We just ask that everyone remain mindful and respectful during ceremonies so our professional team can capture the moments beautifully. Please tag the couple and use the couple's hashtag so our wedding team can see those photos and use them for collages, etc.
The couple can be contacted before the wedding dates. Any questions or concerns at the venue can be directed to the wedding planning team on site.
For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all attendees, professional security personnel will be present throughout the duration of our events.
All guests are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous, and responsible manner at all times. Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, damaging, aggressive, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with a welcoming and positive environment will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical altercations, property damage, or any actions that create conflict, disturbance, or discomfort for others.
Security and event management staff are fully authorized to take immediate action at their discretion, including the removal of any individual(s) whose behavior violates these standards. Guests who are asked to leave will forfeit participation in all remaining events and will not be permitted reentry to the venue or resort property.
Any guest removed from the premises may be held personally, financially, and legally responsible for any property damage, disruption, or harm resulting from their actions. Attendance at the wedding constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms, and agreement to comply with all behavioral and security expectations set forth by the hosts and venue.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.
When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.

Mexico Smoking & Vaping Regulations
New anti-smoking legislation in Mexico
Since January 2023, smoking is strictly prohibited in public places in Mexico. This law applies to beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. It is also illegal to bring electronic cigarettes or vaping devices and their solutions into Mexico. Violators may be subject to fines or detention.
Sargassum Seaweed Advisory
All foreign visitors to Quintana Roo, Mexico are required to pay a mandatory tourist tax (Visitax). This fee can be paid before arrival or during your stay, but must be paid before departing Mexico, as travelers are required to show proof of payment at the airport.

ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION TAX - Los Cabos/SJDTourism Tax
This tax applies to all travellers arriving on or after September 8, 2022, and is 79.19 Mexican Pesos (approximately 3.86 USD) per room per night, regardless of occupancy. The tax will be collected by hotels, timeshares, and lodging facilities and is payable via cash only. Travelers will be able to see the tax charge in their hotel bill at check-in or check-out.
