Pay in full by the final payment due date
Monthly payment plan
If you choose to pay in full at the time of booking, the applicable credit amount will be refunded to you before the final payment due date.
If you choose to defer payment and pay the full balance at a later date, the credit will be applied to your reservation prior to the final payment due date.
Please note: The $20.00 per room, per night subsidy does not apply to reservations booked under the monthly payment plan.

Cancellation Policy
- Hotel Only:
- If the Room is canceled more than 4 days before check-in, no charges or fees will apply.
- If the Room is canceled within 3 days before check-in, a 1-night payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded.
- No shows and early departures are 100% non-refundable.

- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Cancellation(s) 90+ days prior to departure are subject to a $250 fee.
- Cancellation(s) within 89 days prior to departure is subject to a 100% penalty of the total package cost.

Airport transfers are pre-arranged transportation services that take passengers from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. These transfers can be private, shared, or shuttle services.

Important Information
Please ensure that your passport is valid a minimum of 6 months after the return date. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
If you are a Canadian, American, or UK Citizen, you do not require a tourist visa.

DOCUMENTATION - Visa
We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.
When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.
E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.
