Hotel Only ~ Minimum 3 Night Stay

Guests can extend their stay up to 3 nights before and/or after the official wedding dates (March 18, 2027 - March 21, 2027) at the same group rates. Please note: For extended stays, rooms are subject to availability.‍

To request an upgrade, please begin by booking a standard room through the “Book Now” button below. Once your reservation is confirmed, email your confirmation number to your dedicated group Account Manager - Ericka (ericka@destawed.com) with the upgraded room category you want to request.

Payment Information

  • Room Deposit Amount: $400 per room
  • Booking Deadline: October 4, 2026
  • Final Payment Date: December 18, 2026
  • Final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
  • Note: You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time before the final payment due date.

Cancellation Policy

  • 121 days or more before scheduled arrival, no penalties applicable.
  • Between 120 - 91 days before scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Between 90 - 61 days before scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
  • Between 60 - 0 days before scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

Transportation to and from Hard Rock Los Cabos is complimentary for up to two (2) guests per reservation.

To arrange your transfers, please email vacationplanners@hrhloscabos.com at least 30 days before arrival with the following details:

Vacation Makers will provide pricing for additional transfers if your reservation includes more than two guests.

Transportation is only provided between Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and Hard Rock Los Cabos (both to and from).

Please ensure all information submitted is accurate so the transfer company can meet guests promptly upon arrival.

Excess luggage (more than 1 checked bag and 1 personal item per person) will require private services at an additional cost. Children under 3 years old are free of charge.

FAQs

Airport transfers are pre-arranged transportation services that take passengers from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. These transfers can be private, shared, or shuttle services.

Note: Any transfers included with a reservation are shared.

We recommend booking your airport transfer at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

  • Flight number and airline

Note: If you are arriving at your destination from a connecting flight, please enter the connecting flight information for your arrival flight.

Your driver will typically meet you at the designated airport pickup area. Specific meeting instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your transfer.

If your flight is delayed, please contact our transfer service team as soon as possible to make necessary adjustments to your pickup time. Transfer service contact information will be provided upon confirmation of your transfer.

Yes, modifications can be made by contacting the transfer service provider at the contact information on your transfer confirmation.

Child seats are available upon request. Please mention your requirement at the time of booking to ensure availability. An additional charge may apply.

Important Information

Please ensure that your passport is valid a minimum of 6 months after the return date. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.

If you are a Canadian, American, or UK Citizen, you do not require a tourist visa.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.

When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.

E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.
