Hotel Only (All Inclusive)
Reservations of 4 nights or more will receive a USD $500 resort credit per room.
Guests can extend their stay up to 3 nights before and/or after the official wedding dates (November 8, 2026 - November 13, 2026) at the same group rates. Discounted group rates are available for a minimum four (4) night stay.
Guests will have the option to select upgraded room categories during the booking process, subject to availability

Payment Information
- Deposit Amount: Please note that Moon Palace no longer requires a $100 deposit at the time of booking. Instead, a credit card will be placed on file when the reservation is made, and the full payment will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival at the resort.
- Deposit Due Date: August 25, 2026
- Final Balance Due Date: October 9, 2026
- Final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the due date.
Cancellation Policy
- If the Room is canceled more than four days before Check In, no charges or fees will apply.
- If the Room is canceled within 3 days before checking in, a 1-night payment penalty will apply, and will not be refunded.
- Subject to the foregoing, in the event of No Shows by any guest of the Group, the payment made will not be refunded, and the full amount will apply as a cancellation charge.
- Early departures are Non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.
- If any guest leaves the Resort before the date of check out, any payment already made by the guest, as applicable, will not be reimbursed and will be charged for the totality of the reservation made.

Important Information
Please ensure that your passport is valid a minimum of 6 months after the return date. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.

DOCUMENTATION - Visa
We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.
When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.
E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.
