To make sure you’re officially part of the wedding crew (and to unlock all the perks and events), please book your stay through the link on this website. Cancellation Policy

  • 121 days or more before scheduled arrival, no penalties applicable.
  • Between 120 - 91 days before scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Between 90 - 61 days before scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
  • Between 60 - 0 days before scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
  • No-shows: Full stay of the group member will be charged, non-refundable.
  • Early departures: Full stay of the confirmed reservation will be charged, non-refundable.

Transportation is only provided between LOS CABOS International Airport (SJD) and Hard Rock LOS CABOS.

Excessive luggage may require private services at an additional cost.

Service is not transferable to other guests or reservations.

No refunds for alternative transportation.

Airport transfers are pre-arranged transportation services that take passengers from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. These transfers can be private, shared, or shuttle services.

Note: Any transfers included with a reservation are shared.

We recommend booking your airport transfer at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

If your flight is delayed, please contact our transfer service team as soon as possible to make necessary adjustments to your pickup time. Transfer service contact information will be provided upon confirmation of your transfer.

Yes, modifications can be made by contacting the transfer service provider at the contact information on your transfer confirmation.

Child seats are available upon request. Please mention your requirement at the time of booking to ensure availability. An additional charge may apply.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.

When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.

E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.
