Important Note
To join our wedding celebrations, we kindly ask that all guests book their stay through the link on our website, as bookings made elsewhere won’t be part of our group.
Please note that the hotel processes all payments in US Dollars (USD), which your bank will usually convert to GBP automatically. To minimise any extra charges, you may wish to use a card with low or no foreign transaction fees.
As flights are not yet available this far in advance, we recommend booking your stay now using the Flexible Rate Plan. This allows one date change per reservation, so you can easily adjust your stay once your flight details are confirmed.
For room bookings, no deposit is required to reserve a room. The credit card entered at the time of booking will be automatically charged on the final payment due date, which is October 11, 2027.
If any guests would like to use multiple cards or pay a specific amount at any stage, you can email Christine directly, and she will send you a payment link to do so.

Important Information
Please ensure that your passport is valid a minimum of 6 months after the return date. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
If you are a Canadian, American, or UK Citizen, you do not require a tourist visa.

DOCUMENTATION - Visa
We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.
When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.
E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.

Mexico Smoking & Vaping Regulations
New anti-smoking legislation in Mexico
Since January 2023, smoking is strictly prohibited in public places in Mexico. This law applies to beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. It is also illegal to bring electronic cigarettes or vaping devices and their solutions into Mexico. Violators may be subject to fines or detention.
Sargassum Seaweed Advisory
All foreign visitors to Quintana Roo, Mexico are required to pay a mandatory tourist tax (Visitax). This fee can be paid before arrival or during your stay, but must be paid before departing Mexico, as travelers are required to show proof of payment at the airport.

Environmental Sanitation Tax
ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION TAX - Los Cabos/SJDTourism Tax
This tax applies to all travellers arriving on or after September 8, 2022, and is 79.19 Mexican Pesos (approximately 3.86 USD) per room per night, regardless of occupancy. The tax will be collected by hotels, timeshares, and lodging facilities and is payable via cash only. Travelers will be able to see the tax charge in their hotel bill at check-in or check-out.
