Group rates are valid for up to 3 nights before and/or after the official group dates of October 25 to 30, 2026. To book dates outside the group block, please begin by booking the available dates through the “Book Now” button below. Once your reservation is confirmed, email your confirmation number to your dedicated group Account Manager, Grace, at grace@destawed.com, along with the additional dates you wish to add to your reservation. Please note that additional nights outside the group dates are subject to availability at the time of the request.
Children ages 0–5 are required to pay a round-trip transfer fee of USD 42.00 per child. This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when transfers are selected during the booking process.
To request an upgrade, please begin by booking a standard room through the “Book Now” button below. Once your reservation is confirmed, email your confirmation number to your dedicated group Account Manager, Grace, at grace@destawed.com, along with the upgraded room category you wish to request.
Please note that all upgrades are subject to availability at the time of the request.

Cancellation Policy
- 161+ days prior to arrival (From signing – 05/17/2026): No penalty.
- 160–71 days prior to arrival (05/18/2026 – 08/15/2026): 1-night penalty per room.
- 70–0 days prior to departure (08/16/2026 – 10/25/2026): Any reductions, cancellations, or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Important Notice Regarding Children (Ages 0–5) & Deposits
Due to current system limitations with our supplier, children ages 0–5 who stay free are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking.
To avoid paying a deposit for children ages 0–5, guests should:

Complete the booking without including children on the reservation.

Email us the reservation number, along with each child’s full name and date of birth.

We will manually add the children to the reservation after booking at no additional cost.
Please note: If a deposit is paid for a child, it will be applied toward the total hotel reservation cost if the system issue is not resolved.

Important Information
Please ensure that your passport is valid a minimum of 6 months after the return date. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
If you are a Canadian, American, or UK Citizen, you do not require a tourist visa.

DOCUMENTATION - Visa
We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance (trip cancellation) must be purchased at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking your trip. Your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are permitted.
When filling out the forms, you are authorizing Destawed Inc. as your travel agency to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. Your charge will appear on your statement from either the particular airline/supplier above, or Destawed Inc.
E-Documents are issued by the tour operator 5-7 Business days prior to travel. Once we receive the tickets we will send them to the email address on file.
